The Toronto BabyTime Show hosted its 15th spring event from April 26 to April 28, hosted inside the International Hall Centre 5 just outside Mississauga. Dubbed “the ultimate event for pregnancy, birth, baby, and toddler” the Toronto BabyTime Show invites families to enjoy the program that celebrates all things parenting.
The BabyTime Show is an open forum where parents can meet and greet with venders about various products to help raise and entertain the baby. Some of the products on hand were toys handed out as free gifts simply for attending, while other venders displayed some of the latest strollers and jumpers. Representatives from the companies were on hand to answer any questions or inquiries over the three days of the event.
Some of the other companies on hand were parenting experts, who hosted instructional seminars on how to change and dispose of baby diapers, or how to easily feed a baby. There were also classes on prenatal fitness, nutrition diets, and even a how-to on baby massages to help them relax. Many parents were also drawn to the tables offering tips on baby health, including first aid, child safety, and even an informative table on cord blood banking.
But for the babies and toddlers in attendance, the real attraction was the live on stage performances from some of the world’s most famous children’s characters. A special ‘Barney Birthday Party’ hosted by Barney the Dinosaur occurred all three days of the BabyTime Show, as well as another live performance featuring Bob the Builder. The live shows occurred in the mornings and afternoons to entertain as many children in attendance as possible.
The Toronto BabyTime Show will return on November 8 inside the Metro Toronto Convention Centre. Mark the date on your calendar, and join in the fun.
